– No vomiting – No diarrhoea – No dyspepsia or reflux – No abdominal bloating – No constipation – No PR blood – No PR mucus – No urinary symptoms
– LMP = normal and not delayed – No dysmenorrhoea – No PV discharge
– No URTI – No mouth ulcers/soreness – No fever – No night sweats – No nocturnal symptoms – No headaches
– No injury – No home/school/safeguarding issues
– normal behaviour – feeding and drinking normally – passing urine normally – gaining weight normally
