- Hard fixed mass

- Persistent unexplained swellings > 3 weeks

- Systemic symptoms (fever, night sweats, malaise, weight loss)
Investigations to consider
- FBC, CRP/ ESR, Bone profile
- Glandular fever screen
- HIV screen
- Mantoux test
- CXR
- USS
- Mammogram
- FNAC/biopsy
- CT scan
